“Our room was neat and clean. The staff was very knowledgeable when asked about places for dinner. The staff was friendly. Great experience!”

“Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go.”

“Room was for a great price. However, couch, desk, and bathroom had a layer of dirt on it. It looked as if it were quickly wiped but not truly cleaned. One of the two elevators were broken so with the high volume of people that were staying there this weekend, it was quite annoying and time consuming to get to the 7th floor. The entrance of the building is very odd, it seems like it is the back of the building. The staff were nice and helpful but the building honestly needs to be knocked down.……

“The property was in poor shape. Maybe if operators would spend more money on the property and not their cars, it would be better. The room smelled like stale smoke. Just needs a major overhaul. No amenities, heck barely any toilet paper in the room”

“The hotel is beautiful and has a fun vibe. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar was closed when we arrived at 8pm on Sunday. We were only staying that night, so I was a bit disappointed. The restaurant was delicious, however a bit confusing on where to order. They need to be more organized for valet parking. Overall, I would stay again simply because the staff is so friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Great location.”

“Due to significantly delayed flights, I arrived at the hotel at 3:15am. The front desk attendant had a seriously bad attitude, treated me like an inconvenience, and told me I'd have to wait 20 minutes before she could check me in. I was exhausted from a full day in three airports and two flights, but posted up on a couch in the cafe area by the front desk and waited patiently. I kept an eye on the clock, and lo and behold, precisely 20 minutes later, she called me over to the desk and said I……
