“Clean up to date and accessible. Charged for breakfast ah not so good.”

“Hotel was nice, clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shower head in our room was non adjustable and the water came out really hard. Preferable to low pressure any day !!! Had difficulty finding it through the GPS in car but managed.”

“Great location close to dinning and shopping. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Room was clean and ready at check in. Bed was older and not so comfortable. The property is older and in need of updating. Guest side entry doors were out of order and would not open with key making the trek from rear parking to available entry a very long walk. No coffee maker in the room and not available in lobby upon early check out. All in all not a bad stay but is seriously overpriced for the overall……

“Our second stay and plan to return whenever we are in Bristol/TN. Only thing we could suggest is upgrading the mattresses. Other than that area, our stays have been enjoyable and the staff are super friendly and helpful.”

“Restaurant was very good and the bartender was great. Facilities were immaculate and the staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. Plus,getting free admission to the museum next-door was a real plus.”

“The staff in general was Not friendly, except the check In people. One girl walked around with water etc. only saw her once. Food was VERY average and expensive. Room was comfortable. When I plugged in the hairdryer it blew a circuit breaker which also turned off lights, frig etc. It WAS fixed pretty quickly. ”

“Room was advertised as having a microwave, which we depend on when traveling. It did not. I would not have stayed here if I had known. Otherwise, everything else was good”

“The built in night stand next to the bed is in awkward location. It is too high above the bed and a person could strike his head on it. Our room was on the traffic side of the hotel, therefore it was difficult to rest at night.”

“Staff was very helpful. Rooms were renovated and had a refrigerator but no microwave. Beds were very comfortable. Need diff type of showerhead for more water pressure. Value was reasonable.”

“Definitely outdated. I only reserved 2 nights just in case I wanted to change hotels for the rest of my seven day visit to Abingdon and I’m glad I did. Bathroom fan didn’t work. There were only two small drawers to put stuff in. Only 4 coat hangers left yet there were 4 more metal hanging clips without hangers. No coffee machine in room. Small tv. Won’t be returning. I apologize for not taking pictures.”

“Clean room and property. Helpful staff. Variety of food items available for breakfast. Appeared that there were only a couple of fast food restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to downtown.”

“Decent hotel for the money. Great Staff. Lots of dining options across the interstate. Place is older. Interstate side is noisy. I didn't mind, since I snore loud, traffic is white noise. Room was good. Tv and channel choice was good.”
