"Nice place to stay Our rooms were not ready despite its already 2pm When we went inside our room, we found out it was not ready yet with all the towels and bathroom still on the floor The Staff were nice and apologetic But it would be helpful if they check the room first and on time for check in times"

"Asked for ground floor , had a small quiet balcony, no kitchen facilities. Had jug, fridge. Basic items. Beds comfy if you like firm. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff, easy parking and a central location. We had a two bedroom apartment. I enjoyed the dark, windowless bedrooms after a day hiking to the top of Mt Taranaki, they were very quiet."

"Bed was so comfy and the linen crisp and white. Coffee plunger was a very welcome and was an excellent grind. "

"staff helpful and friendly, parking outside room, comfortable, spacious, clean room. A little noisy with traffic noise being on a busy corner."

"Very clean & tidy motel, rooms cleaned each day and clean towels if needed. The availability to the laundry was good with washers & dryers. Nice and close to the city centre, which was easy to walk and explore. Our room was a little noisy but that was to be expected as it backed onto a main road, but only a minor thing. Other than that it was great and would definitely stay there again when visiting New Plymouth.We are from Australia and visit often to see family."
