Spectacular views and close to three ski areas; Stowe, Smuggler’s and Jay Peak.

"This is our second year at this property, and we will be coming back for a third year in 2027. This property is lovely and the host is wonderful to work with. Ruth makes everything easy. The house is extremely clean, the beds comfortable and all of the seating areas, inside and out, just right. If you have mobility issues, this house is all on one floor and there is a walk-in shower in the master bedroom. It would not accommodate a wheelchair though and there are four stairs to enter the property either from the garage or front porch. They added a propane firepit on the front porch this year, which was a big hit with my party. There is a regular firepit in the back yard also. One thing that is unusual for many properties is that there is a large two car garage that you can use. There is a ping pong table and foosball game in the basement, as well as washer and dryer down there but we don't use those items. The host leaves a wonderful welcome basket with bread, butter, honey and jam, which is lovely. I would recommend some olive oil and a few more seasonings be added to the house. It does have both a Keurig and drip coffee maker and a teapot. Lastly, the view from the front of the house is wonderful. Can't be beat. Great house."

"It was a great experience for our first time staying in a tiny house. Very clean. The sauna was great. The only issue we had was with the TV- had a hard time connecting it to the internet but otherwise everything was great and would highly recommend."

"Property was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The price was affordable. The location was a little more North of where we wanted but we made it work. The only thing that could've improved upon the stay was a grill and possibly a fire pit area there seemed to be ample room to have that behind the house but perhaps owners were afraid to inconvenience neighbors with odors and noise."

"My best friend and I had a great time at the serene country cabins, cabin two. The cabin was bigger than it looked in the pictures and everything worked properly. We weren’t in need of anything extra while we were there because the cabin had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting around the campfire for a little bit after dark for some s’mores, and enjoyed relaxing for a night. Thanks for everything, Melissa"

"This was THE most adorable place I've ever stayed in a rental! I had my kids with me and the proximity to the river to fish and swim was a huge selling point. Then you get the hot tub and TREE HOUSE sauna for the cherry on top! I only gave 4 stars for the description because I didn't look closely enough and thought the futon was an additional bed.10/10 would recommend!"
