「Very comfortable bed. Had all the facilities..Old hotel but newly renovated in traditional style.Only comment is that could provide Shower cap and makeup (magnifying) mirror. The complimentary options in lobby appreciated.」

「What a great space for a soft landing in Wellington. I travel continuously for the last ten years and I can say without a doubt the front desk staff is among the most accommodating , professional, helpful staff I have experienced. When the washing machine in my room didn’t work, they offered a change of rooms and to move my luggage and everything. The rooms are nice and roomy, bedding clean and comfortable. The only downside is the sofa in the living area it has certainly seen better days. ...

「It was such a pleasure stay! We were staying with connecting rooms - newly refurnished, nice and clean! The bed was super comfortable ! The waterfront view looking out from the window was a bonus! The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful - offloaded our luggage’s & delivered them to our rooms straight before we got in the rooms! Will definitely come back!」

「The hotel is located in the central of Wellington, Many attractive tourist spots are within walking distance. There are fast food shops and a large supermarket just directly opposite to the hotel entrance. The hotel room, especially the bathroom with Crabtree bath amenities, is spacious and comfortable. Although the hotel was built in 1928, it has been newly renovated with a signature scent. We have enjoyed our stay in the hotel and would highly recommend it. 」
