Very good hotel, but beware the details
A very good, if rather expensive, hotel with an excellent restaurant. The front desk staff were helpful, the room was a good size with a good desk, bright and airy, the location is ideal, and the restaurant is outstanding - the best cuisine I have encountered to date in Scheveningen (3 visits to date). A couple of disappointing aspects: - There was no fridge in the room - The queen bed I requested turned out to be two single beds and mattresses pushed together.

when we entered the room there was old garbage in the garbage cans. the toilet was dirty, when we called reception they said the house cleaners are gone and went home. the next day we left a tag on the door please clean the room. Theg never cleaned the room. i am not recommending this hotel to anyone.

The bed and pillows was super comfortable. The furniture and bathroom is shiny new, the location central and so easy to reach with public transport. Fully recommended!

Lage des Hotels zentral, alles bestens. Frühstück sehr eintönig, Säfte sehr verdünnt. Zimmer sehr schön. Die Gegend ist zu touristisch, Strandbuden zu viele und viel zu teuer.

Dit Hotel is fantastisch netjes Goed verzorgd en zeker een 10 voor het nette en vriendelijke gastvrije personeel. Echt Top. Wilde onze kamer ruilen voor een kamer met Bad en Douche dat was geen probleem.dat is meteen gedaan. Mer een lach. En om de hoek zit het Circustheater en er naast het casino. En de pakeergarage Geen twijfel mogelijk hier gaan we zeker nog een terug.

Kamer: - koudwaterkraan in badkamer geeft weinig water - overgordijnen sluiten niet goed Ontbijt: - geen vers fruit - geen knäckebröd oid - geen plantaardige yoghurt of kwark Fijne en veilige parkeergelegenheid onder het hotel. Ingang van parkeergarage is wat lastig te vinden.

Geen 4 sterren hotel. Geen voorzieningen op de kamer zoals koelkast, tissues en zeep in badkamer. Ongezellige steriele kamer.

280€ betaald voor een kamer voor 1 nacht die voor rolstoel gebruikers bestemd was de wasbak te laag en ook de spiegel . Een vuilnisbakje die nog vol zat . Mag voor dat bedrag toch wel iets meer verwachten

Dichtbij alle mogelijkheden van Scheveningen. Helaas was de parkeergarage van het hotel vol en moesten we uitwijken naar een andere wat op 10 minuten loopafstand lag. Wel jammer in de regen.

Geweldig hotel op loopafstand van het strand. Tram stopt vlakbij het hotel. Mooie ruime kamer met een groot ligbad. Enig minpunt was dat er slechts één handdoek p.p. beschikbaar was. Niet handig als je je haar wil wassen.
