Similarly to other reviews, the staff were kind and tried their best. The first room was in the basement, not at all what is shown in the images online. It was dark and not at all inviting or hospitable. We stayed in an alternate room, street level the first night while waiting for another room. The second night we were moved to another room, similar to the one as seen on Expedia. This room had a broken sofa, the staff were aware, as well as a broken coffee machine. The coffee machine was replaced with another broken and leaking machine. After wasting a sleeve of coffee we gave up. The location is as expected. I would not return and I advise any future guests to expect similar experiences.

Nice kitchen. I like that salt, pepper, and a small amount of oil was provided. The appliances all worked and the heated towel rack was great.

This property is close to den Haag Central station, and the local tram stop. The kitchen was well supplied, but salt and pepper would have been nice. It was a good value.

The reception staff was all really lovely (including Kevin) who helped us especially given I was almost 9 month pregnant they were super accommodating. Everything you need inside & the coffee was lovely. It was walking distance to the main centre and very close to the main station. I will definitely come again if I have the chance.

Easy to check in and out via online ( email sent by hotel), no cleaning services during the stay, so no one to disturb you in the mornings, clean rooms and bathroom. Per total a good experience on this property. Recommended.

This property is perfect for a stay in Hague especially if you want to visit surrounding towns. The tram (line 9) is literally across the street which takes you everywhere local including down to the beach. Tram line 1 is just a few blocks away and will take you straight to Delft. The main train station and historic district is a lovely, scenic 12 minute stroll away. The staff could not be more friendly!

Nice room, very clean, everything worked. Nice central location on edge of old city, near tram & 10 minute walk from central station. Good communication from staff who were very friendly. Its a little way from any food stores so plan ahead if you want to make good use of the in-room kitchen. Parking on site is limited & worth booking ahead if you are bringing a car

Brand new hotel and well kept, very clean. Centrally located, close to City Center, Central Train station and many pubs, cafe's and restaurants. Take the elevator to your floor, the steps can be confusing, I never really learned how they were made, but I ended up on the wrong floor a couple times.

Es war alles gut. Die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und immer da, wenn man sie braucht. Einrichtung Zimmer ok. Bei Ankunft hätte das Zimmer etwas sauberer sein können, beim zweiten Housecleaning war das Appartement sauberer. Topf und Pfanne könnte man austauschen, waren schon etwas beschädigt. Aber im Großen und Ganzen zu empfehlen.

Perfect family place!

Reibungsloser Check-In & Check-Out, super ausgestattetes Zimmer, sehr groß mit Balkon, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen und die Lage war sehr ruhig. Nur die Schlafcouch war sehr laut, die könnte mal ersetzt werden aber die Zeit dort war so schön, dass man darüber hinweg sehen kann! :)

Makkelijk in en uit checken. De kamer was mooi. De slaapbank en het bed lagen zalig. Wij hadden een kamer aan de achterkant van het hotel omdat ik een stille kamer gevraagd hadden. Maar om halfacht werden we wakker door werklieden omdat er nog verbouwd werd aan de achterkant van het hotel. Dat was wel jammer.

Petit appartement parfaitement équipé avec chambre séparée et WC séparé. Cuisine complète. Dans le quartier des musées et pas très loin d'un parking (payant mais tarif réduit en passant par l'hôtel). Cependant, nous aurions préféré un appartement à l'étage plutôt qu'en demi sous-sol.
