"Location was fantastic for a quiet countryside retreat. Nearest place we stopped off was Henley-On-Arden a couple of miles away. The rain was a shocker so didn't see much of the surrounding area. The children loved the two border collies who lived next door. The house itself was great. Super shower. Beds very comfortable, had a great nights sleep. Loved having the wood burner. It's an old farm house so if you're expecting all mod cons and aren't prepared to go back to basics just a little bit, then probably not for you. But it does come with a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. We'll be back for sure."

"A private wing of a large Country House within close drives to Warwick, Leamington & Stratford. The house has many original features and plenty of parking and access to outdoor space. At the time we stayed there had been a recent redecoration to a high standard. The owner & host, Abbie, was very attentive."

"The pool was osed for the season but the stay was great, lovely location,clean and tidy and very well presented."

"Wonderful house and location. We had a mix of 9 adults and 8 children ranging from 1 to 10 years. The house worked so well for us with the open plan kitchen, orangery and snug. We had great fun playing in the lake, hot tub and tennis court. We had a family meal cooked for us in the event barn on one evening. This was so special and so chilled as we only had to wonder across the path, definitely recommend doing this. Thank you Susan & Phil for looking after us so well. We hope to come back for future celebrations."
