"Such a gem - both the property and the owners! It was a lovely and comfortable place to stay, and the owners were super welcoming and gracious. My stay included some very windy days - too windy for the beach at times - but the wind didn’t reach the property’s front deck and I enjoyed sitting there in the sunshine. The Moultonborough area is a favorite of mine, so much to do - and this property will be a new ‘go-to’ for me. If you’re on the fence, go for it, you won’t be disappointed!"

"We were very happy with this beautiful home. If you are looking for peace and quiet on tranquil property, we highly recommend this home. There were 6 of us adults, baby & a dog. We all had plenty of space & the bedrooms were spacious & comfortable. The home was well equipped with everything we could possibly need & then some. The kitchen had complimentary Keurig pods & tea, honey & spices, including tinfoil, baggies,.etc. We brought a lot of these items with us, but it wasn’t necessary. It was also nice that the towels & bedding came were included, and the bathrooms had plenty of toilet paper. It included many seating areas, in & outside. It is conveniently located to many restaurants, shops, Moulton Farm, and of course Lake Winnipausaukee. The kayaks, canoe, fishing poles were also a nice to have and we used all of them (including the life preservers). The cove sits is extremely quiet & peaceful & we heard many loons. If you’re looking for a perfect home with great amenities ( including comfy seating/heated reclining couches with large screen tv, excellent sound system) it is a perfect place for a family to enjoy! We had a wonderful stay with our 2 grown children ( daughter/son-in-law), precious grandbaby & our daughter’s well-behaved dog ( the house even had a dog bed). It was also very convenient to have the washer/dryer. Sean, the owner, made the check-in process seamless & had great communication with me before and during our stay! We will definitely be back!"

"Wonderful rental property down a dirt country road in a quiet area. The outside patio and fire pit was amazing. The patio furniture was falling apart but I made the hostess aware of that. Very clean interior however, 3rd bedroom mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. There are extra spices…etc left from previous guests which was nice. We left some things as well. The boat dock was a 2 minute drive. I found that to be inconvenient. Patti, the hostess, was very attentive and super helpful. Overall, a great vacation week."
