"The hotel staff were top notch, and the overall experience was good. However the room itself left a lot to be desired. We reserved queen beds and have serious doubts they weren’t doubles, the exhaust fan didn’t work in the bathroom, and the walls were paper thin. Thankfully the other guests were quiet and polite. And also the staff were wonderful!"

"The location is on the corner of Michigan Ave. and Walker Drive and it can be very very noisy at night! Interestingly, we stayed at London House a few times which is just a block away from Pendry, but it was not as noisy at night. But then again, it could be due to the times we were at London House (often during winter time)?! Room is clean and very spacious. We had a corner room. I requested for the turn down service, but only got it one night in our 4 night stay at Pendry."
