"Fabulous hotel situated on the other side of the river. Room was spotless and housekeeping were always nearby if we required more water. The pool is beautiful and a nice place to lounge around for an hour or two. The only thing to let the hotel down a star was the pre authorisation, which I haven't a problem with as it normally lingers in the background, however it appeared on my credit card as a debit transaction of AUD 365. On my return to Australia, I paid an additional amount to my card in case an interest charge was added at the statement date. The pre authorisation was removed, but not until 5 days after my departure from the hotel. Complimentary ferry to Sathorn Pier and Icon Siam, makes the trip a little easier. Ferry terminal for river ferries is at Sathorn Pier and the MRT is a short walk away. Free ferry from Sathorn pier to Asiatique also a nice bonus. Airport to hotel in a taxi cost us THB714 with tolls and airport fee and the luggage fee."

"We stayed in a family suite and loved everything about our stay. The suite was huge and immaculate with amazing views of the city, and we felt incredibly well looked after. The boat service is a real highlight and using the river to get around was a game changer as a family with young children. The pool area was great and breakfast was the best and biggest buffet we’ve ever seen. Would 100% recommend."

"The entrance grandeur hides what lies beneath. A grand entrance welcoming staff, bellboys, elevator staff all give a great first impression. However, scratch away the surface and the bed linen was stained, sinks and bathroom was dirty and mouldy, towels were stained, wardrobe doors did not close properly, lounge table was dirty and uncleaned, and a few other marks and stains could be found on floors and around the room. Such a shame as it has real potential, but we would not return, as if you cannot trust the cleanliness of bedding and towels, what else has not been cleaned suitably. View from balcony was great, but matters little if unsure of who has been in the bed before you. Luckily only there one night. Breakfast had a lot of choice, but cold sausages, undercooked eggs, overcooked bacon, all let it down. Basically missing the sharpness of a quality hotel, and missing the cleanliness of a basic motel. "

"A beautiful hotel. We had the river view room with balcony and couldn't fault it. Very spacious, spotlessly clean and amazing views from the bedroom and lounge areas. Breakfast had a huge variety of choices available and the complimentary boat and tuk tuk were very handy too."
