"We went to to enjoy Scottsdale for a week. When we arrived we found the hotel and our room to be very clean, in good condition and nicely updated for the price. The pools and exercise facilities were great to use and enjoy. The choices and quality of breakfast included was good. The service and help we received from all of the staff was excellent. The people behind the front desk, the bar tenders, maintenance and housekeeping personnel, were all very helpful and courteous. "

"This hotel's restaurant is misrepresented. It was a haphazard pool bar masquerading as a hotel restaurant, with non-existent service. The beds were uncomfortable too. "

"The resort is beautiful, well kept grounds. The pool areas are nice. It seems like you need to get to the pool early! Towels are out on chairs by 8:00 am and we could never get a chair at the main pool. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Would stay here again. "

"Terrible experience. Our first night of sleep was destroyed by a party that started in the room next door with 20+ people at 10:30 pm. After multiple calls to the front desk (by us and other guests) and several attempts by security, the situation was finally resolved several hours later. The second night, we were woken up in the middle of the night by a loud barking dog. For the price of this resort, they should have a much better handle on disruptions to guests’ sleep. I discussed our horrible experience with a manager and was given a very small discount. Super frustrating. Would not recommend staying here. "

"This is a very basic room. Clean enough but only big enough for the two beds. It was clean but for $800+ for three nights it had no breakfast, no coffee maker in the room and no housekeeping while we were there apparently that only happens every three days. I would not stay there again."

"The property was very relaxing and quiet. It has a great restaurant and spa and a pool with a view. The accommodations in the spa 2-bedroom suite were great with plenty of room and a huge bathroom and a walk-in closet. "
