Lydia, was also very pleasant. I usually stay at a Marriott, but I must say, Sonesta is beautiful, clean and when customer is above and beyond it really made my traveling much easier. I had to extend my trip another week. This Sonesta is truly clean and beautiful but I decided to extend due to the exceptional customer service provided by Jemini, Lydia and kind interactions with other employees."
