"Our room was amazing! It was spacious and comfortable. Day staff were very friendly and professional, however, the overnight staff were different and seemed annoyed. All in all, great stay. "

"My reservation was messed up, but the manager took care of us. I was supposed to have a suite with two bedrooms because my husband and I were traveling with my elderly mother, but we had a regular room with a king bed when we arrived for check-in. There were no more suites available, so we were given a room with 2 queen beds. It wasn't the best of conditions considering my mother likes it warm and my husband likes to sleep with the t.v. on. So both of them had to deal with discomfort on the first night. We realize it was out of the manager's control, so we were okay. The next morning, as soon as the suite was available, we were able to move to the correct room. The manager was apologetic, courteous, and accomondating. His name is Matthew Swartzbaugh. He handled the situation very well."

"The Hyatt Cedar Park is in a beautiful area, and the property itself is clean, modern, and a great value, especially with free parking and a convenient location. My room met expectations, but the staff experience was inconsistent: Monday’s front desk team was excellent, while Tuesday night and Wednesday morning service felt inattentive and lacking in hospitality. The complimentary breakfast was fine for being included, but the powdered eggs were a big disappointment for me. Overall, I would rate it 3 stars because the hotel itself is solid, but service and attention to detail need improvement."

"The hotel and room were pretty clean. Bed sheet had a light stain. Refrigerator didn't work too well, so beverages kept inside weren't really cold. Glad we didn't have any food with us. The beds were super soft. Comfy to lay on but too soft to sleep well. Bathtubs available, but no drain plug available. Stated coffee was available, yet the common area was closed. Rooms are said to be soundproof. They were definitely sound resistant, but doors closing was very loud and we could faintly still hear our neighoring rooms tv. Overall it wasn't a bad stay, but definitely a bit disappointing. "

"The room qas not very clean. There was a small brown mark on the bed sheets almost like a melted chocolate stain. The bathroom light did not work. The inside hallway was so humid. You get what you pay for here. 65 for a night for my 1 night stay."

"Clean room, comfortable bed. Room was a bit humid and the floor kept sweating making it slippery. We cranked the A.C. a bit and that helped. We did stay near an exit and unfortunately could hear the door slam after about 6 a.m. Other than that nice room, comfortable, pet friendly and nice staff"
