「We loved our stay at the Hot Springs Inn! The staff are so friendly, rooms are comfortable, location is convenient, and best of all quiet! 「Automated check in and out was a little cumbersome. Understanding the initial charges against the CC made no sense. During this registration process the assisting staff had a low tolerance for our inability to understand the various information screens!!
