"Definitely worth the money. But also very basic. Had a kitchen, but no utensils. Nor was there a trashcan. No cups and no coffee maker. But I would stay there again. It’s served my purpose. I just needed a place to sleep. I was only at the hotel from midnight to 9 AM for 5 nights. The staff was very helpful when we locked ourselves out of the room at midnight."

"We had a great experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites Louisville East! We stayed in a King bed room, which was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The entire hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was a great bonus with plenty of options, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the highway, while still being in a quiet area. There was plenty of parking, and we really appreciated how peaceful and quiet the hotel was, especially at night. The bed was comfortable, the room was nicely kept, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would definitely stay here again when we're in the Louisville area. Highly recommend!"

"Reserved online had no problem, location was perfect for us. The room was very nice and comfortable. As for negative comments the view out of the window was the hotel roof, bathroom seemed a little small compared to the pictures when booking, and the interior of the hotel could use some updating"
