「WOW! What a brilliant little place!!! Tucked away on the edge of a pretty little market town, the facilities and attention to detail are flawless! This is the perfect place for a couples getaway! 「We stayed in the room with two double beds. It’s at the top of the hotel so the view was good. Bathroom is surprisingly spacious and fancy! We didn’t eat here so can’t comment on that but plenty of pubs in walking distance.」

「Hotels.com with the hotel have some payment issue. When I check in the hotel front desk staff said that i need to pay for this trip, however, I already fully paid when i booked the hotel. After check and clarified she confirmed already received my payment. And I called to Hotel.com the staff request me to pay again for the hotel and refund my previous payment with Hotel.com due to some payment issue between Hotel.com and the Hotel. But is it the issue of customer why i have to do that. Also...

「The staff and the breakfast were amazing however the rooms have no shampoo (body wash is not going to do it for me), no lotion, no tissues and no phone. No phone makes it extremely difficult for overseas visitors to contact reception. Even the charming lady on reception who confirmed that these amenities were not offered in the hotel states that they were a budget hotel ‘but maybe not - we are quite expensive’. 」
