The main lodge and rooms are so beautifully decorated and the atrium and dining room are spectacular as is the food. "The front desk staff were very nice. However, I found the building quite dirty. I was there for 2 nights and the same piles of dirt and hair remained in the same locations in the hallways. The bathtub in my room was filthy. The light in the bathroom also turned on the fan which made a very high pitched squeal. I asked the front desk if something could be done and they told me unfortunately not. I ended up having to move a lamp into the bathroom to shower, etc. There was a lotion that was supposed to be attached to the wall but kind of hung there and appeared to have toilet paper wrapped around the prongs they were supposed to be in the wall. Not sure what that was supposed to do??"
