"Our room was very comfortable, the view was excellent off the balcony of the beach and ocean. our floors icemaker did not work for the duration of our stay five days, not even a sign out of order. Our batteries became low in our thermostat so I went to the front desk to pick up some batteries and they told me somebody would bring them up , two days later no batteries. Another odd thing was our room Telephone did not work however after three days, it suddenly worked again not sure if it was a line thing or the phone itself. Overall, the stay was nice. The pool area was nice, both pools. "

"The staff allowed me to check in very early since we just arrived from a Disney Cruise from the east coast. They also allowed a late check out due to an illness from a family member at another Hotel. Clean rooms and plenty to do here!"

"This place is the filthiest hotel i have ever been. The head board had stains on it. Chair was old bathroom looks hideous carpet stinks. It was a horrible experience. I checked out right away went to aloft"

"Universal Cabana Bay Resort…Rooms aren’t cleaned often and we stayed 6 days. Property food is very limited so please DoorDash your food. Keys to open the gates out towards the pool rarely work. Everything is expensive expensive so walk with money😊🙏. Beautiful property, lazy river and two pools were fun. Buses to the park run often which is a plus. City walk is a must!!!! We had fun and will return but to a different resort "
