「I was met with a very engaging owner who showed me through the hotel. My room was small but very clean with a comfortable bed and efficient heating. Bathroom was a shared bathroom but was very clean and plenty of hot water and large 'fluffy' towels. The evening meal was very tasty and there was not a long waiting time for the meal. Very helpful and friendly staff. A beautiful country hotel and I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.」

「100% Value for Money. Superior service apartment with excellent bed and kitchen. Even we back to hotel at 8:30pm, we may get the door key through a keypad system. Nearby with an excellent Spanish restaurant (Meigas) and we have the most wonderful night for our trip. Really sad we only stay for one night and definitely we would come back for more nights afterwards. 」

「What a great historical hotel in the heart of Ballarat. The room was up to date and the staff was helpful with our luggage. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious and the service excellent. There was no problem with parking on site, especially upon our late night return from the Sovereign Hill Aura event. 」
