「The only staff who made the stay okay were Ivan and Robert. Otherwise, you’d wait 30-40 minutes for food and when you get the food not even 10-15 minutes later staff is asking to remove the food they just brought. Staff did not check to see if we needed anything. The property is outdated. Needs a lot of maintenance. Only 1-2 elevators were working during our stay. Staff is not very helpful. 「One arrival the welcome and service was a put off. We were taken to our room and on arrival at the door they had two houses keeping carts at the door. On entering the apt we were so dissipointed with what we were getting our $2300 Canadian. We requested a room change which was done with hesitation. We were put in another room however it was a struggle for me as it's three flights up and no elevator. I can't climbing too many flights of stairs so been so tired and stressed took it. Food could be improved, seems like they were scared to season it. The Caribbean is all about flavors, I would’ve appreciated better seasoning. And cornmeal porridge at breakfast!」
