Stayed for 2 weeks to get acquainted with The Villages.The location was close to the Sumter Lake Square and the Mallory Pool was less than 5 minutes away…..The house was well stocked with everything you may need. Very clean and for our first stay this was an excellent choice……highly recommended!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent property & amenities at a good location with new appliances, wonderful lanai, grill and must have golf cart. everything was very nice,great location,close to sumter landing,our only complaint is the t.v.could not get local news stations,netflix was unusable most of the time due to message that other people are using it.very limited chanels available.

This was our first time staying at The Villages and we enjoyed very much. Was nice that this unit included a golf cart which is almost a must ate The Villages.

It was weird that I was charged $1,000 extra dollars when I booked a month or so in advance as a deposit AND the cost of the stay. I hope they refund it as fast as they charged me.
