Calling all golf and recreation enthusiasts! Nestled in the heart of the coveted Lake Sumter Landing Market Square area. Whether you're teeing off or enjoying a meal with loved ones, this home offers the ultimate convenient central location. Not a golfing enthusiast, or had enough golf? No problem, The Villages has roughly 3,500 clubs. You can enjoy other sports, activities, events, social clubs, education, and family fun. Just to name a few, there is, Pickle Ball, Tennis, Bocce Ball, Shuffle Board, Ping Pong, Recreational Pools, Sports Pools, Family Pools, Outdoor Exercise Stations, Volleyball, Softball, Walking and Biking Trails, Dog Parks, Areas for RC Cars, Boats and Planes, Polo field, Archery, Craft Making, Card Groups, Boat cruises, Kayaking. Fishing, Cardio Drumming, Yoga and other fitness, Great Dining, Shopping, Numerous Nightly Entertainment options, and much more. The rear of the property has privacy with lush landscaping, and a glass-enclosed lanai ensure year-round comfort and use with added living space. Great property, it was just the right size for our family of four. The home was clean and in a a very central location. The hosts were helpful and provided lots of information.
