Loved our stay at Summerhill!

We had a wonderful stay at our VRBO in the Villages. The space worked out great for us as we both worked from home plus the location was close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc.so it was very convenient, plus a short drive to the Lake Sumpter Landing Town Square. It was also dog-friendly so we could bring our pups along and the neighborhood was very walkable. The golf cart was also great to get around on. Kristina was a wonderful host and very responsive to any questions or needs we had. We'll be back!

Comfortable house, great location, outstanding host.My wife and I spent two months (January and February) in The Villages to escape the cold winter in New Jersey. Our children and grandchildren also sometimes visited for a few days at a time. We all enjoyed being in this comfortable house, that is also in a very convenient location. The Summerhill Pool is across the street, and stores and restaurants are close by. I took my morning walk in a loop that brought me past a strip mall that included the local Publix supermarket. While there were never any issues or problems in this well-maintained house, Kristina (host) was always available to respond to any questions. As an unexpected bonus, a hot tub was installed, to the enjoyment of my visiting grandchildren. In short – a great place for a couple or a family to enjoy The Villages.

Great home and location!

I stayed for a week with friends and we found the home to be just as the pictures presented. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had more than enough to allow us to cook some meals throughout the week, and even had items typically not available in rentals such as Tupperware, plastic wrap, etc.. The location was great, having convenient walking access to the pool was helpful! The golf cart was fun to use to get around and explore. I would definitely recommend staying at this home, and I’ll keep it in mind if I return to the area!

great place for quite escape

We booked this VRBO for 6 days as a mini getaway. The first thing we noticed was how comfortable all of the beds, and sofa was! everyone slept amazingly during the stay, which is not typical for our previous rentals. There were many stores within 15 minute drives of each other. Big cities such as Tampa, Orlando, and Ocala were only about 1.5 hours away, max. The only thing we noticed were that on arrival, the dishes appeared to be a little dirty, but we ran everything through the dish washer and it took care of the problem easily. We definitely enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning for another getaway!
