Enjoy total peace and quiet in this, end of the road, high-end, spacious Courtyard Villa— only a 10 minute (1/2 mile) walk to all the action at Sumter Landing, or a very short golf cart ride. This villa features a small secluded backyard, with screened in Lanai and outdoor patio perfect for small groups. Inside you'll find updated, high-end finishings throughout, including a high end luxurious kitchen.

**4 seat Golf Cart is included at no additional charge in reservations that are 1 week or longer**

NEW to the rental market, this Villa is pristine!!

Master Bedroom offers a King Bed, en-suite jack and jill bathroom with spacious walk-in closet.

Two additional bedrooms each with Queen beds. 1 additional full bathroom.

Screened in garage with a Top of Line Whirlpool Washer and Dryer!

Nice Home, Great Location and Lovely Neighborhood
Property was nice and clean and quiet. Check in and out was a breeze. The hosts always responded in a timely manner, great communications. We were able to walk to Lake Sumpter Square and the golf car was an added bonus.

I stayed here with a few friends and had such a smooth and enjoyable experience! The owners were very responsive via messages and the house was clean and beautiful! We loved driving the golf cart to Lake Sumter Landing for food and shopping. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to The Villages!

Loved the place. Very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen could use a few extras. Blender, mixing bowls, insulated cups to take to the pool would be a nice added touch. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The hosts were very attentive and answered all my questions immediately. They went above and beyond with the offer of taking care of our guest passes. Beautiful house & location…quiet with plenty of parking. Great response time from the owner.
This is not necessarily specific to this unit, but applies to all guests of VRBO. As a guest we were unable to make a golf tee time. Everything is booked three days out, unless you want to play at 5:45 PM (when it gets dark at 6:30). This may be good information for renters to pass on to future tenants. Allow them to make their golf reservations prior to check in, or give the renters their owner code. If we return to the villages … this will definitely be a requirement for our booking.
