“The property was easily found by using a Sat Nav. The property inside and outside was very clean. There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door. “Staff were really helpful and kind. Room was immaculate, bathroom was spotless and linens were high-quality and pristine. Bed was comfy, and some nice touches like local treats and toiletries. The breakfast was really good quality and reasonably priced. Biggest downside is that the room was cramped— we were on a several-day trip, so it was hard to manage our large suitcases in the space. “As a solo female traveller, I was made to feel very welcome and safe. Staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and smelt lovely when i arrived. I was given the option not to have the room made up which i took advantage of. Better for me and the entertainment. Food was good and gave value for money. Never stayed atcan Ibis before but definitely would again. Thank you.”
