“Very good the host was friendly ”

“Convenient location and clean. Easy checkin with the key available from pub across the road. Had unusual single cup kettle and coffee maker and good selection of teas and coffees. Lights and bathroom tap were on timing sensors and both were a bit annoying particularly the tap when you were trying to fill a jug for the kettle. Bedclothing was a bit tired and there were only 2 fairly flat pillows on a standard size double bed. The thing I really didn’t like though was the musty smell of bedding……

“The rating was given for two star hotel. This is a motel style, very, very simple. Service was good, the room was relatively clean. We stayed only one night, so we just needed a place where we could sleep. It was a good place to stay for the money paid. ”

“The bed was ok, clean sheets and towels but smell a bit strange, for one night after party is a good, for this price you can not complain. Is loud in there you can hear everything, they can add earplugs for every room that will be nice. Overall not that bad 😊”

“It was lovely. It was quiet and away from people, v close to local amenities and sites. The WiFi is spotty but that is no criticism, it was great to know i could just read a book without constantly checking my screen. Will definitely come again.”

“Fundamentally this should be a nice apartment, despite the tiny twin room. Living area and kitchen were nice and the main bedroom and the bathroom were both spacious. The main problem was that the toilet flush broke the first time it was used: the button that needed to be pressed got stuck and wouldn’t come back out. So the cistern wouldn’t refill and the toilet couldn’t be flushed. I dialled the contact number and it went to answer phone. I dialled the emergency contact mobile number and……

“What a joke! The hotel cancelled on me right before we were due to stay because of an apparent leak. I think managed to book a different hotel at twice the price as it was so last minute. Hucknall house has now blocked my phone number and I still am waiting for a refund. ”

“Food is nice. Staff is very polite to help and serve Location is quite close to my destination, only 10 minutes. The view is also great. I could walk around before the breakfast. I like the hotel breakfast, please keep including in the package for the hotel users.”
