The hotel manager was gracious, showed us extraordinary service, and attended to every need. The staff was attentive, and the room and its appointments were among the best we've ever stayed in the world. I have no reservations in recommending this fine location to anyone looking for a respite in the middle of a gorgeous city, with the location optimal, the dining exquisite, the hotel management impeccable, and the experience exceeding all expectations. "We really enjoyed staying at Hotel West End. The location along the Promenade Anglais was excellent and in short walking distance of the Old Town and Castle Hill. We checked in and the hotel staff got us into our room in less than 15 minutes. The service was impeccable. I felt like I was transported back in time. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Lovely hotel that sits in the center of Nice. Walkable to the shopping district and tons of restaurants and it’s easy access to tram and train as well. The bed is comfy (really helped us with he jet lag) and the front desk staff are super very friendly and helpful. "
