“The kitchen and breakfast staff were awesome especially Abderazak, the cleaning staff was lovely. However, there was no Toothpaste in the room, no body wash, only hand wash. There was also no robe for the pool as well as no first aid box as someone in the group was ill over night and the front desk said there wasn't any first aid box. The breakfast had birds and that wasn't sanitary. ”

“Affordable, new, clean, beautiful, comfortable and amazing service. The rooftop terrace and pool are superb and a nice break from the busy city. The staff was super friendly and we even got a free upgrade for the room. We stayed for 2 different nights before days with a lot of transportation, and the calm allowed us to reset before leaving. It’s a bit further from the Medina by taxi, but all the advantages make it worth the while.”

“Room 131 was not ideal. A lot of noise from outside Airco units 24/7. Also garbarge disposal you can heat and it is near the cleaner room. Windows could't be locked. Cabinet was half broken. Shower head has a leak. Toilet door was also not smooth when openening. Also a lot of noise all Day and Night of chairs of tables moving around. It stops around 2.00 am and starts 7.00 am. “The staff were very helpful with tips and directions. The breakfast was very good and the staff were attentive and offering extras for example omelettes or warming bread and bringing hot drinks. “位置位於新城，周邊環境稍靜比老城整潔，但附近沒有什麼餐廳，向火車站方向走10分鐘左右會有幾家不錯的餐廳。走去麥地那大概15分鐘，去廣場大約20分鐘。房間較大，Dar比Raid更偏向酒店式，沒有異味，隔音也好很多。但我們前兩晚住的房間熱水不熱，空調也壞了晚上有點冷，酒店在最後一晚主動幫我們換了房間，熱水和空調問題都解決了。早餐是摩洛哥水準，基本每頓都是吃差不多的東西，餐廳的小塔樓有成為網紅潛質”

“The staff happily arranged airport shuttles to and from the Riad, and were helpful throughout our stay. A few things to note… although the Riad lists 2 Reataurants, we were advised on arrival before midday, that the chef had left early. We were directed to some restaurants within 5 minutes easy walk and found ly one was open during our week long stay, however, there are a great selection of other restaurants in the same area, so this was in the end not a problem and offered more variety. “My new favorite stay in Marrakesh! Huge, spotlessly clean apartment with cushy, comfy sofa, big bed with excellent mattress, big bathroom with bidet and a rain shower. The manager and staff are attentive and caring, and it’s a relief to have 24 / 7 reception. My room on the fifth floor in the back was away from the noise of Avenue Yacoub Mansour, which was great. Lots of restaurant options nearby, and you can put leftovers and breakfast in the small fridge. I hope that next time I visit……
