Villa Alyki

It has panoramic sea and mountain side view without any other houses in front blocking the view. It is built on a plot with plenty of trees and flowers. The windows are made from high quality aluminum frame with double glazing, window nets and aluminum shutters. The house is protected by security cameras and alarm system. It has good quality water supply (not drinkable) coming from a local drill. There is a vegetable garden with fig, orange and lemon trees for fresh fruits.

It has Wi-Fi Internet connection in both inside and outside areas, music system with speakers at the garden and solar water heater for hot water.

The main building is consisting of a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a detached guest house next to the main building (2 meters away) with a bedroom, fireplace, bathroom and a hallway - kitchenette.

Main House
Living room: has 2 sofas (the biggest one can be used for bed), dining room, fireplace, TV and air-condition in an open place design along with the kitchen.

Kitchen: Fully equipped electric cooker with ceramic hob, oven, large fridge with freezer, stove, plenty of cabinets, French coffee maker, espresso coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster and all the required utensils needed to fully operate a kitchen.

1st Bedroom: Has a private bathroom, king-size bed, air-condition, wardrobe and TV.
2nd Bedroom: King-size bed, wardrobe, air-condition and TV.
3rd Bedroom: Two single-size beds, wardrobe and air-condition.

The 2nd and the 3rd bedroom are sharing a bathroom located between the two rooms that includes a small bathtub and is supplied with shampoo and bubble bath.

All the bedrooms are isolated from the living room with glass doors.

Guest House: Entrance hallway with cupboards equipped with cups, dishes and an electric double kitchen burner. The bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe, fireplace, air-condition, TV and a sofa that can be used as a single-size bed. The bathroom has shower, shampoo and bubble bath.

There is a heated salt hydrolysis pool (without any chemicals, only salt) with dimensions of 4.00 x 10.00 with a hydromassage counter in one corner.

Next to the pool there is a shower with hot and cold water.

There is a built-in barbeque, a wood-fired oven, a large bench with a sink, cabinets underneath, a stone fireplace and a small fridge to prepare meals outside, overlooking the pool and the sea.
In front of and outside the barbeque there is a large dining area, under the shade of the trees.
There is another dining area on the covered terrace.

The road in front of the house is deadlocked so you can park as many cars as you like without obstructing or disturbing anyone.
