The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A 60 m² living room with TV, sofas, armchairs...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) and its open-plan shower room (with shower, washbasin) and WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190), open-plan shower room (with shower, washbasin) and WC
- Bedroom 3: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: with 1 double bed (140×190), its own open-plan bathroom (with shower, washbasin)
- Bedroom 5: with 2 single beds (90×190)
- Bedroom 6: with 2 single beds (90×190)
- Two bathrooms (with shower)
- Two separate WCs

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- An 8×12m swimming pool (private, unheated), open from May to mid-October. Fenced and covered for safety.
- A beautiful 500 m² private garden surrounding the house, partially enclosed by a natural hedge.

The house is ideally located in Thénac, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
