"Beautiful villa! Friendly staff. Excellent food. Villa looks exactly like the photos. Our group of 7 had an amazing stay. The only issue is they prefer cash for payment (deposit and payment for food), so bring extra cash. One room's water heater didn't work and another water hose in the toilet was leaking (It is not their fault as we understand things can age). I would rate your villa 9/10 (I would give it 10/10 if you can readily accept credit card). We will definitely return!"

"Very nice and comfortable hidden gem close to the airport. We booked this place simply as a "cushion", coming from the Krabi islands preparing for our long journey home. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the place - so tranquil, well maintained, friendly, clean and inviting. We were expecting kind of an "assembly line" city style stay but landed instead in a warm, cosy and personal setting. "I stayed at this hotel in December in Phuket, Thailand, and overall had a lovely experience. The location is excellent—right on the beach with absolutely amazing sunset views that were a highlight of the stay. "It really was a perfect location to Patong - I am not going to lie - the hill yes is steep but a bit of exercise never hurt anyone!! As far as the house, it was clean, neat and had everything required. The beds were a little harder than I was use to but hey you can't have everything!!The manager was superb and so were all the staff. "My family and I have stayed for 5days at Villa Sunpao and we had a great time here! The staff called Aew is very friendly and helpful, she gave us some suggestions for us to explore Phuket. The villa is nice but there is A little bit far away and the TV cannot be used during our stay. No local channels and hard to search the youtube via the browser. "The staff at the hotel were amazing. SO gracious and sweet and extremely attentive. Our room was always beautifully cleaned and we had a relaxing experience. The beach and pool areas were extremely well kept up and the daily massages that I had were wonderful! This was my husband and my 45th anniversary and we wanted a special trip. My only complaint was that I was charged for accidentally breaking a regular room service quality glass after I spent 42,000 Baht for my stay. It was a petty thing to do by the management and it ended up leaving a bad taste in my mouth while I checked out. I travel extensively around the world and have NEVER been charged for breaking a NON expensive glass. Who ever made that decision should never have done that. I used all of the services at the hotel and we had massages 4 days out of 5 plus we ate a very expensive meal at the property. It is not the cost of paying this that bothered me, it was the stupidity of doing that to a person who spent so much money at the hotel . Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and I recommend the hotel highly. Kudos to the room attendents. They always new my schedule and I returned every day after breakfast to a beautifully detailed room."
