订的280磅左右的私人泳池房间，给了一个100多磅的房间，后来坚持要求换房间后，才给换到 原本房间，竟然说给我们升级了。洗浴用品上面看起来很不干净，像放了很久的，要了热水喝，喝到一半倒出来一只虫子
