It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid. 「Needed three rooms for an overnight stay for a wedding reception. Rooms were clean and comfy. Free full English breakfast was very tasty. Dave was very welcoming and helpful, went above and beyond helping us with taxis when we were let down and struggling to book transport.」
