“We spent 2 nights here. Firstly the interior of the building is simply stunning. High ceilings, large windows, lots of open space and seating, plants and tastefully decorated. Our room was also well appointed with a large comfortable bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. The bathroom had a lovely shower and high quality toiletries. The bedding and towels were also high quality. There is no kettle in the room, but Bosco kindly provided us with hot water when I asked for it. The hotel is situated……

Our room was nice and spacious and clean.
Staff and management were very nice and helpful all around.
Eg 1: I had hurt my ankle the previous day, and over our 2 day stay, they assisted my wife in getting ice for my leg.
Eg 2: We also needed a screwdriver to remove the battery from a toy we bought (for plane travel), and the staff went out of their way to help out with it (laughing at us).

“Jennis and his wife are extremely helpful. The hotel is clean and well kept. Not only were they able to assist in my commute to the airport and back, they were able to help me to items I needed, plan other upcoming trips and even store my luggage until my final stay before returning home. Jennis even kindly gave me a ride to the bus stop and would not even take any money!! Top notch establishment!”

“This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel, I basically like this hotel because I feel it new, model, clean. I recommend to all my colleague who need to go to Sri Lanka.
However, this time, I feel a bit disappointed, the room wasn’t really clean,
- first day when I check-in, I find there have a bottle of water had been drunk half.
- I feel the carpet had something to bite
- sometime, the room service did not throw the rubbish even it was full
- room service will laid part of the quilt on the……
