"The description was accurate. The cabin was set up well with everything we would have needed plus some. The location is convenient to many of the things we did during our visit. The hiking was great. The FDR Little White House was pretty neat. The Whistling Pig and Iron Horse were our two favorite restaurants. "We loved this tucked away property. Everything was great, from the kitchen set up to the comfy king sized bed. We used that little pond every day to fish and kayak and took advantage of the FDR State Park park for great hiking. We hope to return one day soon!"

"We were totally pleased with your cabin! It was close to all the places we wanted to go to. This is not meant to be a criticism, but an overhang over the deck would sure help that nice furniture from staying wet. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials. We were needing a relaxing getaway and this filled the bill perfectly."

"The cabin was amazing, we had a large group for the weekend. We spent part of the day at wild animal safari, which was a short drive from the cabin. Later in the day we had a late lunch on the spacious deck, the adults rested upstairs while watching the kids enjoy the yard. Later in the evening we watched the kids "snipe hunt". I would highly recommend this cabin."

"The house pictured is not the one we stayed in; storm damage made it uninhabitable the day before our check in, owner offered to change locations, and glad we did. We stayed in White House Ranch. If you want to “get away” from the rat race, this is your place. Tranquil location with cows & horses coming to greet you. Home was immaculate, kitchen lacked a couple of things, but Nancy, the housekeeper, went to store & purchased necessary items & delivered them right away. We enjoyed our stay."
