"Last night, I requested a late checkout from the front desk clerk, and he stated that he would note our account for a 12:00 PM checkout. However, at 11:00 AM, a front desk receptionist knocked on my door. I informed her that we had been approved for a late checkout, and she acknowledged it. Despite this, the information was not communicated to housekeeping, and three different housekeepers subsequently knocked on my door. This lack of communication was frustrating and made me feel angry, as it disrupted our stay and could have easily been avoided. "

"I was avle to look past the leaky shower, the soap bar that was lfet in the toilet, the random pill left behind the noght stand, and toys left behind... but i could not get past allowing other guests physically fighting, throwing things, cussing for hours even after i adderessed it with the front desk. Not only did did it wake us up at early hours (starting aroudn 3:30 am) but I felt scared to leave my room beause one of the gentleman was going in and put of the room. A/c worked great! "

"There were no blackout curtains in the room so the light came in all night, there was dirt and dust on the lamps, the cable tv was very grainy, the staff didn’t follow directions with how to charge my cards but the biggest complaint was someone was smoking and could be smelled in the hallway. "

"Staff was very kind. Carpet did have a few spots on floor and room had a slight odor when we entered (likely from AC unit), but all areas were clean and bathroom smelled good. We had a good stay."

"Check in and parking were easy, staff was great, the only issue I had is the floor was filthy. Walking barefoot for 2 minutes and the bottom of my feet were black. I wipped the floor with wet wipes just to have clean feet after the shower. "
