「Rented this location for my daughter and her husband as a Christmas present. They absolutely adored it. The turned it into a relaxing mid winter spa weekend. Spending Saturday at the Nordic spa and then a gourmet dinner in Collingwood. They thanked me so much after they left and said it was a beautiful place to stay. Lisa was a great communicator - thanks for sharing your spot. 」

「Room was nice clean and fine. The auto door code thing never worked, and when I asked for the code or keys they almost seemed annoyed. Saying that the send it and I didn't get any info or messages.
Also the couch in the room was a tiny chair. And the walls didn't have much sound insulation better the rooms. 」

「Check in was not good for a same day rental.
Check in was supposed to be any time after 4:00 PM. I did not receive a "how to check in" message by 6:30 PM when I arrived. It was dark already.
The auto-attendant at the reservation confirmation "Help" phone number said that it was after hours and the office was unmanned... but I could send a text. The number to text to was said quickly and only once. I had to call again and go through the voice maze twice to get that number. After sending a...
