「Emma sent us very clear directions and gave us a lovely welcome. Gardener's Cottage is well cared for, comfortable and in a lovely setting. It's is cosy but not cramped. We had a lovely holiday with highlights including Bribham Rocks and Fountains Abbey (both so much more extensive and stunning than we expected), Knaresborough's river Nidd (with stunning viaduct views from the castle and museum), and Harrogate's gardens all the way from the centre to RHS Harlow Carr. Betty's tea rooms deserve...

「Very friendly reception from the landlord Gareth who provided a most enlivening atmosphere in the Duke of Wellington ie a darts match for the men and Easter wreath making for the ladies. No food unfortunately but we found an excellent Italian restaurant in nearby Northallerton. The courtyard room was clean and comfortable, marred only by a very awkward shower - not easy to enter, due to lack of space.」

「Super cosy cottage, ideal for a relaxing break. Very clean with all amenities and close to pubs resturants and a well stocked shop.」

「Very helpful, we were going to be later than anticipated arriving, phoned to let them know, they reassured us it was no problem, everything was ready for our stay. Check-in at the bar was easy, staff showed us to our studio, staff very cheerful. Food in the pub was great, not just pub grub. Only downside, studio was small.」

「Great Cottage, close to town center and bars. Very spacious, with a massive secure garden for dogs.Everything you could need provided.Would recommend.」

「This is our second stay in the cosy cottage. Enjoyed our stay the first time around so didn't hesitate to book it again. Had everything we needed. Lovely hosts and very helpful. It's a perfect location to visit/explore surrounding areas and towns.Definitely recommend staying here. 」
