The home also has a dining area, a dedicated workspace, and a backyard for outdoor leisure. The property provides ample parking (up to two vehicles) and includes access to a garage.

You can also use the washer and dryer during your stay. The garage is available for parking and storage if needed.
Please note, access to the mailbox is restricted, and guests are not permitted to collect any packages delivered to the property.

Here are a few tips to make your stay more comfortable:
- Strict Non-Smoking and No-Party Policy: Our home is strictly non-smoking and not suitable for parties. A significant fine of $5,000 will be imposed for any violations of these policies to ensure the upkeep and quality of your stay.
- Wi-Fi: You'll find the Wi-Fi name and password on the router located in the living room. If you have any issues connecting, try turning the router off and on again.
- Garbage & Recycling: All garbage must be neatly tied in bags and placed inside the designated garbage bins, and recycling must be properly sorted accordingly.
For stays of one week or longer, guests are responsible for placing the garbage and recycling bins at the front porch on collection days.
- Kitchen Appliances: Please clean any appliances you use.
