“Well, although there was a booking issue and I was unable to check in as they close the office after 9 PM I have to say I got an excellent response from Lauren the next morning. The third party booking glitch was explained and they are working to resolve this for future customers. Lauren provided excellent customer service and assured a prompt refund. I will definitely be staying here in the future due to the good customer service communication that was prompt. The property looked great and……

“This place is wonderful. Each room is unique and fun. We stayed in the Victorian room. I thoroughly enjoyed soaking in the tub, warming up by the fire and access to our own balcony. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was tasty. The hosts are lovely and really spend time getting to know the guests or leaving you alone, whichever you prefer. The room was very clean. There is a lot of knick knacks and that can feel a little overwhelming, but mostly just fun to look at. There is a guest kitchen……

“We only stayed for a few hours as we came in late and left early but the front desk kid was super nice and friendly. The room was clean and spacious and wonderful value for the price.”

“Great, charming old house with loads of personality! With SO much schtuff and numerous nicknacks everywhere, it was surprising that it was as clean as it was; not spotless mind you, but clean enough that we didn’t worry. The breakfast wasn’t bad as it was home cooked. Because there were just a few guests staying at the same time as us, the main food was limited but that was not a surprise. Still, there were other standard options: cereals and bagels, etc. Most importantly, the coffee WAS hot!”

“Everything was excellent at that hotel I have no complaints about anything we did have a bunch of above head noise cuz we were on the lower floor that's sort of usual I guess but definitely could hear the floors above you”

“I was a little bummed there was no soap in the bathroom or shampoo and no tissues. Other than that all was fine!”
