“The 2-bed room is next to a busy road. Very noisy! But the bed is good”

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. “This hotel is right by the interstate so there is some traffic noise but it is very convenient to get back on the road in the morning. There's some remodelling going on but it didn't impact us, as we were only there for one night. It was affordable with comfortable beds, good breakfast and clean. It's best feature, though, is Charles. Charles was at the front desk when we checked in & found we had double-booked rooms. He gave us all the information & phone number to correct the situation &……

“It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”

“Good stay for families with small kids. We stayed in a two queen and a pull out sofa. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Kids loved the complimentary hot cocoa before bed. Would definitely book again when in the area.”

“The experience was great, until there was a power outrage. This was not the properties fault, but their response could have been more engaged. The stairwell was dark, then lights were added, but taken down again causing us to walk down in the dark with our luggage for checkout. This felt unsafe. The water refill station was unavailable because of the outage, but no alternatives were available (no bottles offered as in upon check in and dispensers in the lobby were empty). No staff was around……
