「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. 「Somehow, this had good ratings/reviews, don’t believe them. The photos are OBVIOUSLY from when it was new. The condition of the property now is absolutely dreadful. The room was dirty, the mattresses were wore out probably 5 years ago, and VISIBLE STAINS! The hot tub water was “murky” and gross, sadly, the entire property was horrible.
