"I am sure we probably got one of the cheapest rooms in the hotel as the view was of the mechanical equipment and roof outside and the beds were 2 twins. We had reserved a better room but we arrived early and staff allowed us to check in early to Room 208. Still, it was wonderful. It is clear that whoever planned out the amenities and presentation was a woman as everything was so thoughtfully done. From the fresh baked cookies, water cooler and high scale coffee preparation machine in the lobby to the Qtips/cotton balls and pillow selection menu, everything was done exceptionally well. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and well organized. I was impressed that the AED machine was visible in the lobby right at the elevator/stair entrance. The cable car stop was right outside, the subway was about a block and a half away and everything went wonderfully."
