"The hotel is in very good shape, all clean, has all amenities; Parking in garage was expensive at $49/night and was not included in price. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS THAT THEY DID NOT TELL US IF YOU ARE NEXT TO ELEVATORS YOU WILL GET TERRIBLE NOISE ALL NIGHT LONG!! (EVERY 5 -20 SECONDS THE WALLS SEEMED TO SHAKE AND NOISE WAS CRAZY LOUD. INITILLY WE THOUGHT IT IS FROM THE NOISY STREET AND IT WILL DIE DOWN LATER AT NIGHT. AS A RESULT WE COULD NOT SLEEP AT ALL AND WE HAD IMPORTANT MEETING EARYLY NEXT MORNING THAT IS THE REASON FOR TWO STARS SO KNOW IF YOU STAY HERE, DO NOT ACCEPT A ROOM CLOSE TO ELEVATORS !!!!"

"We saw an couple Of men in hoodies walking around randomly in the Underground parking area as we parked there. They had walked down the ramp after we drove down and were not heading to any particular vehicle. This felt unsafe so we parked outside parking lot. "

"There was no mention that they do not have parking on site. We were not happy to learn this at check in. They simply said we would need to find public parking or street parking. This was not convenient at all for our family especially on a game day. The room was not in the best shape. Not what we would expect from a Hyatt property. The shower was discolored and missing grout in many areas. Walls and blinds had damage. The positives were the friendly staff and location. "

We didn’t eat anything directly from the hotel but they did had all the things that were necessary, but the only thing that we were having trouble with the room temperature especially, at night it would get really really cold and the heater wasn’t working Other than that. It was a really great place. The staff was wonderful and we felt very safe and comfortable. "
