"The cabin was cute and cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable, and it was very well stocked. Minor detail: we couldn't find the base for the blender. The view of the ocean from the path was wonderful. We did have some problems, however. First, we found the instructions for the heater confusing. The heater near the bathroom didn't respond to the programming. The one in the front did. But the big issue was the keys. It was hard to get the key to work going in, and then it never worked again --...

"Every time my husband and I stay here we wish we had stayed longer and book our next stay for the following year. Although it rained the entire time we were there, it was still relaxing and beautiful. The neighboring small towns are fun to explore as well. The South Beach Fish Market just up the street has delicious seafood to take home. "Very peaceful place and beautiful location. Would like to return some day and so glad we could have our dog there. We're use to a cold climate so not having a great heating system was not an issue for us. My only suggestion would be to eliminate the plug in air freshener as it set off my chemical sensitivities and allergies."

"What a great place to spend a few magical days on the pacific coast. This is a well maintained house and property. The hot tub overlooking the beach was amazing! The bed was super comfortable and everything was clean. We used the gas fireplace to warm up and there are two large TVs. The location is wonderful--just a few steps down to the beach. We stood on the deck and watched sea lions feeding as they swam north every day that we were there. There is a nice communal game room with ping pong...

"I had a wonderful stay at this cottage in Newport! It's a great location with most things in town under 10 minutes away. A central location for coastal exploration as well. I love that it has a washer and dryer and the kitchen was easy to use. Would definitely stay again!"

"Very nice house for a couple that is one property off the beach, with good views and super access to an incredible beachside trail. The house was just as advertised and all systems were in good order and the beds and furniture are comfortable. No dishwasher would be an issue for us for longer stays, but not for the two nights we stayed. We would definitely stay again. "

We enjoyed the views especially from the bedroom at sunset. We got lucky and had a couple of days of sunshine -very rare in April! The only thing that we would change would be bigger chairs/furniture in the living room … my husband is 6’4 Lol! :)"
