“This by far was the cleanest and best kept cabin we’ve ever stayed at in the area. Period. Cabin was well equipped with all the necessary essentials. We were so impressed with the construction and finish and attention to detail of this little cabin. Perfect size and layout for our family. The wood stove at the end of the day was the perfect touch. Location was right in the middle of Chama and Antonito. The host (Derek) was very responsive and his communication was great. We cannot say enough……

“There were pluses and minuses to our stay. We wanted quiet…check. We wanted views…check. The grounds have a convenience store, and a cafe ( closed Wednesday and Thursday) nice feature. Close enough to Chama, check! However, the communication with the owner was hit and miss and that’s being generous. The website showed another cabin as being available ( and it was not) as well as the promise of AC ( which cabin 5, the one we booked did NOT have making sleeping difficult ) When contacting owner,……
