“Large beautiful room with a beautiful view from the balcony.”

“Initial impression: irritation. Check-in time was 4:00PM. Waiting in hot parking lot. Email came in at 4:04 with unit # and lockbox code. Why not 4 minutes early instead of 4 minutes late??? The unit was in excellent condition with new sofa. Well equipped kitchen. Many appreciated small touches like towel bar system behind bathroom door. Thank you for coffee and filters! The grounds were in great condition, including pool, tennis courts and pier with picnic tables and grill. Did not like: ……

The only things we wish had been a little different were that I wish there was a way to contact management without having to call during business hours, maybe there is, but I couldn’t find it. Also, we stayed in the off season (August) and there wasn’t much for restaurants nearby even though it looks like it online, a lot of places were closed for the season. But,……
