"The room felt damp and the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling all over. The a/c kept switching from cold to hot. We spent one night and I couldn’t even sleep it was so gross. We were shocked this is a Hilton hotel- it felt like a Motel 6 "

"Our room was great! We had 2 bedrooms and the sofa made into a 3rd bed. We slept 6. Kitchen area in the unit was nice. I had called and got directions for shuttle pick up from airport. I knew what to do. BUT when we landed in Ft Lauderdale I called the number for the shuttle and got a message that they end service at 11pm. Our flight got in later than that…ugh. I was not informed about any hours. So we had to pay for an Uber. The hotel offers shuttle to the cruise port, but we are 6 people and it would have been over $100 for the hotel shuttle to drive us 15 minutes. We opted for another Uber. The spread at breakfast was very large with several choices. Relatively good for a hotel breakfast. "

"Lots of options for food in the area and very close to FLL airport"

"Spent the day traveling and checked in and ready for a hot shower. Not much pressure and the water was lukewarm. Too tired to call front desk and went to bed. Next morning, pressure was a bit better, but still luke warm water. Upon check out we only mentioned it to the front desk in passing, because I don't like complainers. She apologized and even said she would compensate us on our bill, which I was not expecting. Later in the day I get an email saying that they were going through a transition and hotel staff were still learning their way through and that they were sorry. Replied back saying not my problem, should have told us upon check in that they had issues. Not staying here again. "

"Nice, clean, comfortable. We arrived around 8 pm, hungry. We were happy to see a little bar area with food available. The beer was good the food was better. We will definitely stay here again when in the area."

"Nice property in need of some new carpeting. Staff was helpful and courtious. Breakfast was not very good and they had no options for anyone with dairy or gluten allergies. Coffe was dreadful. "
