“Staff is amazing! They upgraded me to better room, brought hot water and tea when my daughter wasn’t feeling well and responded to all of our needs. More importantly, they stored our luggage when we went to Kenya and when we returned they kindly brought the tb the airport and waited because security wouldn’t allow to go out and get it. We had to fly to London without it and rhey are kindly holding it while I get it shipped. Very good communication and so helpful!”
