“I usually don't write negative reviews, but our stay here was a mess from start to finish. To begin with, the ice machine on the ground floor wasn't working at all. When we went to the pool, there were zero towels available. You have to walk all the way to the front desk just to ask for one, and they make it a huge ordeal, demanding your room number like you're trying to steal from them—it’s not that deep, just give us the towels! On top of that, they assigned us an accessible/handicapped room……

“Overall, we had a great stay. The pool was perfect, breakfast was good, we slept very well as it seemed pretty quiet. The room was mostly clean, but there were some hairs in the bathroom and the only real gripe I have is that the room smelled like smoke, but it was a non-smoking room. Opening the door and window and didn’t clear it, and it seemed to be coming from the curtains. I was too tired to ask for a room change, luckily I had some spray and allergy meds. My daughter didn’t smell it from……
